Property Reservations

1. Viewing Your Reservations

All your reservations are shown in one place, categorized for easy access:

Reservation Categories / Buttons

• Upcoming – Reservations that will start soon.

• Currently Hosting – Active reservations you are hosting right now.

• Completed – Past reservations that are finished.

• Cancelled – Reservations that were cancelled.

• All Reservations – View every reservation, regardless of status.

💡 Tip: Click any button to filter the reservations according to its status.

Reservation Table Details

Each reservation displays important information at a glance:

• Guest – Name of the guest who booked.

• Property – Property that is booked.

• Check-in & Check-out Dates – Duration of the stay.

• Guests – Number of guests.

• Payout – Amount you will receive for the booking.

• Status – Current booking status (e.g., Confirmed, Needs Check In, Needs Check Out, Checked Out, Cancelled).

• Actions – Options like View to see detailed booking information.

💡 Tip: Hover over or click the table headers to sort your reservations by date, guest, property, or payout.

2. Viewing Booking Details

Click the View button next to a reservation to see the full booking details.

Booking Details Include:

• Check-in & Check-out Dates – Exact dates of the stay.

• Number of Guests – How many guests are included in this booking.

• Guest Phone Number – Contact information for the guest.

• Price Breakdown (GBP):

  • Accommodation Total

  • Cleaning Fee

  • Subtotal

  • Commission

  • Total Payout

• Notes – Any additional instructions or information (e.g., “Created from BnB booking - Property has no provider”).

💡 Tip: Use this page to verify payments, confirm guest arrivals, and leave notes for internal tracking.
