1. Overview
The Cancellation Requests dashboard shows:
Total Requests – Overall number of cancellation requests.
Pending – Requests awaiting your action.
Accepted – Requests you have approved.
Rejected – Requests you have declined.
Cancelled – Requests that were withdrawn or cancelled.
💡 Tip: Use the status filters (Pending, Accepted, Rejected, Cancelled) to quickly find the requests you need to manage.
2. Request Table
Each cancellation request displays:
Booking ID – The unique booking reference.
Cancellation Ref – The cancellation request number.
Reason – Why the guest is cancelling (e.g., emergency, change of plans, weather issues).
Additional Info – Extra details provided by the guest.
Status – Current status of the request (Pending, Accepted, Rejected, Cancelled).
Created – Date when the request was submitted.
Actions – Options available to manage the request.
3. Editing Requests
Only Pending requests can be edited.
To edit, click the Edit button under the Actions column.
This will open the Update Status window.
4. Updating a Request
When you click Edit on a pending request, you will see:
Booking ID – Example:

Fields to Update:
New Status – Choose from Accepted, Rejected, or Cancelled.
Notes (optional) – Add remarks for internal records or guest communication.
⚠️ Important: You can only update the status. Other fields (Booking ID, Cancellation Ref, Reason) are not editable.
